Part Time (Remote)

We are looking for an Appointment Setter to support our Sales Team. You will be representing our brand and values to prospective businesses. 

Your role is to call prospective clients and schedule appointments for the sales team.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the Edifian’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Keep records of sales
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients

What You’ll Bring

  • Computer Proficiency
  • Proficiency with web
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge is preferable
  • Proficiency in Office and CRM software
  • Proficiency in English
  • Market knowledge
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills
